Jammu : An information was received at PS Domana regarding one absconder namely Sumeet Singh S/o Pritam Singh R/o Village Jaswan Paryal Tehsil Marh Distt Jammu who was evading his arrest since 03 years in case FIR No. 364/2021 U/S 279/337 IPC of PS Domana.
On this special police teams of PS Domana led by SHO PS Domana did strenuous efforts and raided at the suspected place where they arrested the above mentioned absconder.
It is pertinent to mention that a warrant of arrest under section 299 Cr.PC was issued against him by the Hon’ble Court of Spl. Excise Mobile Magistrate Jammu.
Finally the accused absconder shall be produced before the Hon’ble Court of law.
