J&K National Conference constitutes Block Jaganoo Committee

UDHAMPUR, Jan 7: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC), today announced the formation of Block Jaganoo in Udhampur district. The constitution took place in the presence of prominent party leaders including District President Sunil Verma, District Secretary Capt Pavitar Singh, District President Ex-Servicemen Cell Capt. Balbir Singh, Ch Farooq Mohd Khatana and Sr. Youth Leader Akash Verma.

The newly formed cell comprises a dedicated team committed to representing and addressing the concerns of general public. The appointed members included Subash Chander Sharma as Block President, Hans Raj Thakur as Vice President, Ch. Shamasdin as Block Secretary & Block President ST Cell along with Ch. Farman Ali as Joint Secretary, Ch Chattu as Block Secretary ST Cell Gujjar Bakkarwal.

Speaking on the occasion, Sunil Verma, District President JKNC Udhampur urged the newly appointed members to work diligently and strengthen the hands of party leaders Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah. He expressed his hope that the newly constituted Committee will play a vital role in promoting the party’s vision and policies within the district.

“The formation of Block Jaganoo Committee signifies the Party’s commitment to inclusivity and social justice. It is expected that the dedicated team will work towards addressing people’s issues at grass roots level and will also work for strengthening the base of the Party,” he added.
