Anantnag, 08 January 2024.District Police Anantnag continuing its unwavering efforts to eradicate the menace of Drugs from the society, arrests one more Drug Peddler and recovered about 07 grams of Brown Sugar from his possession.

FM Gali Anantnag and arrested one person namely Mudasir Ahmed Mir S/O Abdul Majid Mir R/O Harpura Batangoo and recovered about 07 grams of brown sugar from his possession. Case registered and investigation set into motion.
Community members are requested to come forward with any information regarding Drug peddlers in their neighbourhood. Persons found indulging in Drug peddling will be dealt as per law. Our consistent actions against Drug peddlers should reassure the community members that we are making efforts to keep our society free from the scourge of Drug menace.
